Terms & Conditions

These terms are the agreement between you and nura for using the app. They cover the important stuff: what nura is (and isn't), how subscriptions work, the rules, and the legal terms. Please read them.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, accessing, or using nura (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. The Service is operated by Jetrr Inc., a Delaware C corporation ("nura," "we," "us").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use nura. If you are a minor, you must have permission from a parent or guardian and review these Terms together. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Medical disclaimer — please read

nura provides general educational information, self-tracking tools, and AI-generated guidance for informational purposes only. nura is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional medical care.

• Predictions (period, fertile window, ovulation, PMS) are estimates, not guarantees, and become less reliable for irregular cycles.
• nura is not a contraceptive and must not be relied upon to prevent or achieve pregnancy.
• Content reviewed by clinicians is still general information, not advice tailored to you.
• Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with questions about a medical condition. Never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read or were told in nura.
• In an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

4. AI features & predictions ("ask nura")

ask nura uses artificial intelligence (on-device and, where applicable, cloud-based) to generate responses. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and may not apply to your situation. You are responsible for how you use it. nura does not diagnose, does not provide medication dosing, and will direct you to a clinician or emergency services where appropriate, but you must not rely on it for medical decisions. See the ask nura overview and privacy policy §6 for how your data is handled.

5. Accounts

You can use core features without an account. If you create one (for backup/sync), you're responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time in-app, which permanently removes your server-side data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Subscriptions & billing (nura+)

Core tracking, predictions, and education are free. nura+ is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks premium features (pattern insights, the doctor-visit report, unlimited ask nura, and all journeys/guides).

• Pricing. nura+ is offered at the prices shown in the app (e.g., monthly or annual), which may vary by region and over time. A free trial may be offered to eligible new subscribers.
• Billing. Purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of any free trial).
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
• Free trial. If you don't cancel before a free trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription at the then-current price. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
• Manage & cancel. You can manage or cancel anytime in your device's App Store subscription settings (also reachable via Settings → nura+ → "manage subscription"). Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period.
• Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies; we generally cannot grant refunds directly.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; reverse engineer or scrape it except as permitted by law; use it to violate any law or others' rights; or rely on it for emergency or medical decision-making contrary to §3. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. Your content

You own the data and content you create in nura. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the Service for you (e.g., store, sync, generate predictions and AI answers) as described in the Privacy Policy. We don't claim ownership of your health data and don't use it for advertising or model training.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service — including the nura name, logo, design, software, and educational content — is owned by nura or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial use under these Terms. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information. By using nura you acknowledge that policy.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that predictions or AI outputs are accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nura and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including any reliance on predictions or AI output. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless nura and its operators from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Termination

You may stop using nura at any time and delete your account in-app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., §§8–13, 16) will survive.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the "last updated" date and, for material changes, provide more prominent notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere (e.g., consumer-protection rights in your home country, which are not waived).

Apple App Store terms

If you downloaded nura from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and nura, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the app or its content; Apple has no obligation to provide support or handle warranty claims; and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them. Your use must also comply with Apple's Media Services / App Store terms.
